Parker Movers LLC provides residential and commercial moving, packing and unpacking, long-distance moving, piano moving, and storage services to Parker, Colorado and the greater Denver Metro area. Specific service details, scope, and scheduling for a given move will be confirmed directly with you and, where applicable, set out in a separate moving agreement, work order, or bill of lading, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- Prices, packages, and figures shown on the Site (including any ‘starting at’ pricing) are estimates only and are provided for general informational purposes.
- Final pricing depends on factors such as the volume and weight of items, distance, labor, packing materials, access conditions, timing, and any additional services requested.
- A binding quote will only be provided after we have gathered sufficient details about your move, and will be confirmed in writing prior to your scheduled move date.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site at any time.
3. Booking, Scheduling, and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once you have reviewed and accepted the applicable quote and any required agreement.
- Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Financing, where offered, is subject to the terms of our financing partner and separate approval.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be provided at the time of booking or in your moving agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the items to be moved, origin and destination locations, and any access restrictions
- Disclose any items requiring special handling in advance
- Ensure a representative is available on move day to oversee the move
- Not include in the shipment any prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or perishable items unless expressly agreed in advance
6. Insurance and Liability
- Parker Movers LLC is a licensed and insured moving provider. Specific coverage, valuation options, and liability limits for loss or damage to your belongings will be disclosed in your moving agreement or bill of lading, consistent with applicable Colorado and, for interstate moves, federal regulations.
- We are not liable for loss or damage to items not properly disclosed to us in advance, items packed by the customer (unless otherwise agreed), or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as necessary for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
